Refund policy

Products purchased from Edoardo Samasta Latour can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We will provide a refund or replacement for any order damaged during transport. Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the product in detail.

To return a product, you must notify us by filling out the contact form on our website, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. You can also let us know you wish to return your order by sending an email to: samasta2@hotmail.it. Please note that you must ship the products back within 14 days of notification.

Once we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned products and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless you prefer a different method. The refund will be processed as soon as possible. We will cover the return shipping costs.
