Refund policy
We accept returns and issue refunds only in the event of damage caused during shipping by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please take detailed photos of both the packaging and the artwork, and contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment by filling out the contact form on our website or by emailing samasta2@hotmail.it.
Once we have reviewed the documentation, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
