Shipping policy

While we do everything we can to ship your package as quickly as possible, it may take up to 15 business days to carefully prepare, pack, and ship your order. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that all internationally shipped items may be subject to additional duties and taxes imposed by customs. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes required by the destination country. Your package will not be released by customs until these payments have been made.
